How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Every homeowner who reaches out to Immediatelydesk Roofing should get a fair, honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to complain and what happens after. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What can you bring to us?
You can write to us about:
- Your experience calling or contacting Immediatelydesk Roofing
- The way your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- How a provider we connected you with behaved
What if the problem is with a provider?
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, work, warranties and customer service. If something is wrong with work on your home, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider directly and keep notes in writing.
We still want to hear about it. Your feedback helps keep our network honest. A provider who repeatedly falls short of what we expect may be removed. Please know that Immediatelydesk Roofing cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or decide things for a provider.
How do you file a complaint?
Email contact@immediatelydesk.blog and include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for
What happens after you write?
We acknowledge your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We look into what happened, which may mean contacting the provider. Then we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
What if you are still unhappy?
Reply and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For licensed providers, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help too.
Where do you send it?
Email: contact@immediatelydesk.blog
Reach a local provider
Have a roofing question? Send an estimate request, or Request a callback to check provider availability. A local provider can explain your options in plain words.
